● Units for freezing and quick-freezing processing environments (ambient temperature: -25°C to -50°C);
● For piston compressors, two-stage compression is generally adopted when the compression ratio exceeds 8-10; for piston compressors using refrigerant R22, a two-stage compression configuration is recommended when the evaporation temperature falls below -30°C;
● Air-cooled condensers are manufactured using high-speed punching and secondary flanging processes. Copper tubes and fins are tightly expanded mechanically, resulting in high heat exchange efficiency;
● Shell-and-tube water condensers utilize high-efficiency externally threaded copper tubes for superior heat transfer performance. They are strictly produced and inspected in accordance with JB/T 4750-2003 ("Pressure Vessels for Refrigeration Installations") to ensure product quality;
● The units incorporate well-known domestic brand refrigeration components:
① Basic configuration: intercooler assembly, filter, solenoid valve, dual pressure controller, high and low pressure gauges;
② Standard configuration: intercooler assembly, discharge vibration absorber, oil separator, filter, sight glass, solenoid valve, dual pressure controller, high and low pressure gauges;
● Additional components can be supplied based on customer requirements.
